Camera and gallery access permission: When you take photos or upload pictures actively, we will request your authorization for camera and gallery permissions. If you refuse to authorize, you will not be able to take photos or upload pictures, but it will not affect your use of other functions.

Precise location information permission: When you use services based on precise location, including but not limited to inquiries based on precise location information, we will request you to grant precise location information permission. If you refuse to authorize, you will not be able to obtain more accurate services, but it will not affect your use of other functions.

Other relevant permissions: We may request you to grant storage, notification and other permissions based on different devices and the services you need. If you refuse to authorize, you will not be able to use relevant services, but it will not affect your use of other functions.

Conversation information: Various types of content such as text, voice/audio, pictures, videos, etc. that you input and output during the use of our products and services. Device information, operating system information, network information and log information: Relevant data of the device you use when using our products and services, such as device model, operating system version, unique device identifier, MAC address, user ID, conversation ID, conversation content, as well as IP address, browser type, telecommunications operator, language used, access date and time, etc. Collecting this information is for the legal and safe operation of software and services, and to guarantee and improve the quality and efficiency of operation.

Payment and order information: When you activate or renew the Jade Road paid membership service, we may collect information related to payment and orders, including order information, payment information and invoicing information, etc.

Identity information: When you make a complaint or in other scenarios that require verification of personal identity, we may collect your identity information from you.

Other information: For your better use of some product functions, we may collect your precise location information, clipboard information, voiceprint information and other information.

Provide you with basic service functions

Account registration and login

To register and log in to our products and services, you need to provide your mobile phone number and verify it through a verification code to complete account registration and login. The mobile phone number you provide will be used as one of the ways for us to contact you, including but not limited to receiving notifications (such as policy updates, service changes, customer service communication, marketing activities, etc.).

When you register and log in through the web terminal, based on our cooperation with communication operators, you can choose to use "one-click login" for quick registration and login. When you choose this method, we will, with your consent, use the mobile phone number in your device as the bound number of your account and exempt you from password or dynamic verification code verification.

You can also use third-party accounts (such as WeChat, etc.) to register and log in. With your consent, we will obtain the public information (avatar, nickname and other information you authorize) and associated ID you use on the third-party platform for binding with the account of our products and services, so that you can log in directly. If some information required for registration is missing, we will collect supplementary information from you.

Conversation and historical conversation query

The normal use of our products and services depends on the content you input and output. Therefore, we need to collect and use the text, voice/audio, pictures or other format files you input and output to provide you with conversation services. Please note that functions such as underlining of our official browser plug-in are essentially input operations.

When you paste content from the system clipboard to the conversation input box, or use clipboard content based on other business needs, we need to collect and use your clipboard information.

To achieve and ensure the continuity of experience, we need to collect and use historical conversation information. You can delete your historical conversation information.

Ensure the normal operation of products and services and improve service quality: To ensure the normal development of products and services and optimize services, we may collect and use non-communication content data (including log data, network information, device information, operating system information, application information of this product, cookie and similar technology information, such as: IMEI, Android ID, Android OAID, IDFA, OAID (HarmonyOS), ODID (HarmonyOS), AAID, language settings, product version number, operating system version, IP address).

Provide you with additional service functions

Use your voice as the reply voice and call voice corresponding to our services. Under this function, we will collect your voiceprint information to provide you with personalized customized voice services. Voiceprint information is your sensitive personal information. If you do not agree to our collection, please do not record your voice or use this service. If you have already recorded, you can delete your voiceprint information on the relevant page.

When you want to use the services we provide based on location information, such as when you ask Jade Road about the nearby weather, surrounding environment, route planning and other information, you can enable the location permission so that we can provide more accurate answers. We will access and collect your precise location information based on your authorization. If you do not enable the corresponding permission, we will only provide you with answers that better meet your needs based on legally collected historical information. Precise location information is your sensitive personal information. If you do not agree to our collection, please turn off the corresponding location permission.

When you activate or renew the Jade Road paid membership service, we may collect order information (such as order number, purchased membership type, amount, payment time, validity period), payment information (such as payment channel, payment status, transaction number), invoicing information (such as enterprise name, tax number, invoicing email provided when you apply for an invoice, etc.) to process your membership purchase, automatic renewal or refund, verify payment status, issue invoices, provide customer service, handle disputes, conduct compliance audits, and fulfill fiscal, regulatory and anti-money laundering obligations required by laws and regulations. Please note that we do not collect or store any sensitive information of financial accounts that you directly provide to the payment channel during the payment process.

Optimization and improvement of service experience

When you use our products and services, you can perform operations such as like, dislike, feedback, share, etc. We will collect your operations and evaluation content to improve our service experience.

Under the premise of being processed by security encryption technology, strictly de-identified and unable to re-identify specific individuals, we will use the content you input and output to optimize the model, or use your access and usage of the product for data analysis, thereby enhancing your service experience.

When you make a complaint to us, you need to actively provide your identity information and contact information in accordance with the law so that we can effectively handle the complaint.

2.5 Special Reminder

Please be careful to upload your personal information, especially sensitive personal information.

If the information cannot identify your personal identity alone or in combination with other information, it is not your personal information in the legal sense. You can click the [Copy] button in [Historical Conversations] or after [Starting a New Conversation] to copy the conversation content. You can click the [Delete Conversation] button in [Historical Conversations] to delete historical conversations.

For personal information that you cannot access by yourself, please contact us.

7.3 Account Binding

We sometimes cooperate with third parties to associate and bind accounts with your authorization. For information sharing based on account binding, please refer to Section 4.2 Sharing in Chapter 4.

You can manage account binding through the [Settings] interface on the web terminal, and cancel your authorization through the account security or binding permission management page to realize unbinding.

7.4 Account Cancellation

If you no longer use our products and services, or you wish to comprehensively withdraw your consent to the processing of personal information, you can apply for account cancellation. You can go to [Account Security] in [Settings] on the web terminal and select [Delete Account]. Please note that account cancellation is irreversible. Once cancelled, we will stop providing services to you and process your personal information in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations. If the deletion and anonymization of personal information are technically difficult to achieve, we will stop processing except for storage and taking necessary security protection measures.

7.5 Rights of Close Relatives

On the premise of respecting user privacy and personal information protection, we also recognize that if a user unfortunately passes away, the user's close relatives may need to access or process the user's personal information. On the premise that the user has not informed us of other arrangements in writing or other reasonable ways before his death, the user's close relatives may claim rights from us based on their own legitimate and legitimate interests.
